All online orders over $500 (excluding VAT) with the standard delivery option will be delivered Free of Charge.

thenetworkhardware.com shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver products by the date agreed with the customer, but does not accept liability for delay in delivery within the stated time where delay in delivery is caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as delivery delays caused by courier companies. If a delay is likely, Company shall contact the customer and inform of the delay. A customer shall be allowed to cancel an order when informed of a delay if the revised delivery date is not acceptable by customer.

In the case of a Business Customer, if thenetworkhardware.com is unable to deliver the products within 30 days of the agreed delivery date, the Customer will be allowed to cancel the order. In order to cancel, the Customer must send written notice of cancellation to thenetworkhardware.com after the above date but before delivery of the products or notification from thenetworkhardware.com that the products are ready for delivery.

thenetworkhardware.com does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless the Customer notifies thenetworkhardware.com of the shortage or damage in writing within 2 days of receipt of the delivery.

Products are never delivered to the Customer until payment is received in full by thenetworkhardware.com.

If the Customer cannot accept delivery, thenetworkhardware.com may at its option:
• Keep and insure the products at the Customer’s expense and risk
OR
• Sell the products at the best price obtainable and pay to the Customer any excess over the sale price or charge the Customer for any shortfall
OR
Re-arrange delivery provided that thenetworkhardware.com may charge the Customer for the additional delivery costs incurred.

The Customer may request a Proof of Product Delivery, if request is made by customer in writing within 3 months of the date of delivery and thenetworkhardware.com shall use reasonable endeavors to provide such proof. After 3 months, delivery shall be deemed to have been successfully completed.

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer will be asked to sign a Proof of Product Delivery to acknowledge safe receipt. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. Where a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, this should be noted on the Proof of Product Delivery. thenetworkhardware.com shall not be liable for discrepancies or damage evident on delivery where the Customer accepts delivery and signs the Proof of Product Delivery without amendment.

Delivery terms:

  1. Standard delivery: With standard delivery customer receives complete order within 1 to 2 days, depending on all the products in customer’s order are in stock.
  2. Same Day Delivery: With Same Day Delivery Customer receive order for items that are in stock before close of business for all orders placed before 11 AM within all 50 states. Standard cost of $300 for this service is applied however this price can change depending on the destination, weight and volume.   3. Part Shipping: If customer order more than one item - it is possible that they could be on different lead-times and therefore customer can request various deliveries and will be charged for all extra deliveries above the standard.
  4. Delivery of Products to Various Locations: Some customers purchase centrally and wish to have items delivered to offices at different locations, this can be done after the required security clearance and the added costs covered.
  5. Company deliver to most countries all over the Globe. Products are delivered via DHL Courier Company. Express delivery via DHL, FedEx and UPS Courier Company to all 50 states for Next-day delivery and for 2 day delivery is ONLY available on items which are in stock at our warehouse.
  6. Please note that DHL, FedEx and UPS Courier Companies do not deliver on weekends, order placed on a Friday will be delivered to customer by the following Tuesday providing that product ordered is in stock.
  7. Please note that thenetworkhardware.com will not be liable in the eventuality of late deliveries should it concern a direct responsibility with DHL, FedEx and UPS Courier Companies.
